合気道 "aikido"

The essence of 合気道 "aikido" is 愛"love" and　結び"interconnection".

The essence of aikido" is love and interconnection.
There are no contests,because we don't compete against each other.
We practice aikido earnestly for our art and spiritual strength, so-called "禊(misogi)" .
The art of aikido is in line with nature and so we polish our skills without injuring others.
By continuing to practice aikido, we cultivate a work of harmony.

Practice time… 19：00～20：30 every wednesday，every friday ,
but，practice is canceled on national holidays.
